As a tenant for several years myself. I can agree there is a bit too long of a delay for work orders to be completed. Kristen could use an attitude adjustment. But she is just playing her part. Charles and Nicholas, both are great. They really need more maintenance help. I would offer my services. But I believe they have a contract with their current maintenance man. It is a quiet cozy place and feels like a community. So much more potential for modernization too.

Kristen and Nicholas are the worst managers, they are the sole reason I will NOT be renewing my lease. I can never get a work order filled without calling and visiting the office several times, Kristen has the worst attitude and except no blame she makes excuses. I once had to call after hours emergency just to get my front porch light bulb changed after asking several times. I called on 4/17 because my oven stopped working Kristen set up a time for 4/19 between 1 &5 no one came I called today... to follow up and was told by Kristen it's not an emergency and that maintenance had other emergency yesterday, then she proceeded to may another excuse and said she didn't know it wasn't done yesterday she had a very nasty tone, so I hung up the phone, I'm not going to deal with attitude when I pay my rent on time every month. There are several work orders that I made and they NEVER got filled but I work around them because I know how sorry the management is here, but I do need my oevn. There is a coil on the stove that doesn't heat up, and I had to place a cup under my bathroom sink because of a leak. I placed work orders over a year ago and they were never filled, I know I've said a lot but it needed to be said. My lease is up for renewal in a couple of months and I can not wait to leave this place. I miss the old manager Charles, he would have NEVER handled things like this. I hope the property owners read this and make the necessary adjustments this is a nice quiet place to live, but Kristen is giving your property a negative reputation. Read More

I love these apartments for their character and quiet. It's like living in a neighborhood instead of an apartment complex. The apartments are older, but they're fashioned well enough you can make it as modern as you'd like. Also, they're very inexpensive for a lot of room.
