If you like roaches and quick fixes this is the place for you

The first couple of months at The Grove were great, but frequent management changes and mounting maintenance issues quickly turned it downhill. The buildings are older, and management relies on superficial patch jobs rather than genuine repairs. Poorly installed window screens left gaps that required stuffing with paper towels, and repeated calls to maintenance were met with empty promises that someone would eventually come out. On top of that, a sudden pest infestation was repeatedly ignored,… with staff brushing off the problem and forcing me to buy my own treatments—an ongoing stressor that severely impacted my mental health. Renters should proceed with caution, as things only look good on the surface.

Look elsewhere if you dont want to get screwed

We lived at these apartments for 4 years. The management changed not long after we moved in initially and everything went to hell. The office staff have a severe superiority complex and like to boss people around. They also play favorites and love tacking on pointless fees to your rent. Maintenance does shoddy jobs, like half way fixing a hole in the wall and never finishing. Management forced everyone to have an outside trashcan that nobody wanted just so they could then charge you more money… per month for a service you didnt ask for and all it did was lead to trash piling up in breezeways bc nobody was inclined to take their own trash out anymore. This of course made the breezeways smell awful. The mail people on this route are completely incompetent failing to scan packages properly for the awful locker system they force you to use. You end up never wanting to go outside simply to avoid dealing with everyone’s awful attitudes. I would NEVER recommend these apartments to anyone.

Attention To Detail

My daughter and I have lived here for about two years now, and we love it here. The leasing staff is kind and attentive, and any issue I have had, especially now with the new manager, has been taken care of in the fastest manner in which it can be. It is an older complex, so some issues are to be expected, but the maintenance team handle it quickly and efficiently. The only issue I have, is the gates. We have had some unruly disruptive non-residents jumping the pool gates and getting in, and I… feel that if the front gates were fixed this would totally deplete the issue. Other than that, I love the community here and I wouldn't trade it!

Pest control

Been staying here for a a couple of months. Biggest mistake eve! Huge pest control roaches and mice under sinks! maintenance is horrible, I would not recommend if you don’t want to be living with mice and roaches!
