Scammers

I moved out of my Apartment back in February and still have yet to receive my security deposit back. I moved out early because of the terrible upkeep of the property and poor management. I have spoken to several different property managers as they always change, and they have all just giving me the run around. I’m not sure if they are unaware of Georgia Law but it is a 30 day turnaround from move out that an individual should receive deposit back. At this point I will have to get the courts... involved. Save yourself some trouble, and run far away from all Morgan properties.

Do not move here ! No ac in this hot ?? temps and water off every week a few hours. Do not move here!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Do not waste your money here! They may make the outside look nice but the apartments are horrible!! I had water leaks, and went without air conditioning for 2 months in the middle of the summer!! They lied about fixing my air and waiting weeks to come fix any other issues. Bugs everywhere! Trash everywhere! Had to call cops multiple times due to feeling unsafe, loud music always playing at night.

Great Visit

I visited this property and a few others on today looking for my daughter and her family that's moving from another state. The PM manager Ms. Craig was the best, she took the time out to show me two different floor plans and offer snacks, this was after I explained that my daughter was trying to transfer her housing voucher. The leasing office smelled really good and was clean. Although this property doesn't except the housing voucher they would be my choice for my daughter.
