Worst Service & management

As long you get apartment on other place please don't come here on this property they just west your time and money. they are not interested for leasing they are that much lazy for review your application for that they need 5 weeks even then also you don't get reply and you have to call & call but not getting response for your application. I have an really bed experience.

Worst Service With No proper Management Wast time & Energy

My friend applied for this Apartment first. They said we would help you, then start the online application after payment, but they delayed the process, and there was no proper response when she called, and just wasting time and passing the days after 2 weeks, still they said they hadn't seen the application, and they ask do you want to cancel the application and they didn't even return the money and worst experience. Even after the application, they didn't show the house. I never recommended… anyone; the staff and management team are the worst.

Verified Renter

At initial move in at Plantation Way, all things went well. A Quiet Place and Convenient to all Things I need.. Would recommend this place to others! Miss Claire in the office made the process smooth and was always attentive and concerned that everything was going ok.. Love it here!!

Not What I'd Hoped

Complex itself is fine, dated, but fine. The Amenities are trying to be decent, but the workout equipment is mostly broken and the pool area is always filthy.

The problem is the people. Not from middle Georgia and not sure what I was expecting, but the people here are trash. NO ONE picks up after their dogs. Tons of trash around because people are too lazy to pick up after themselves.

No accountability. A "friendly reminder" text isn't going to get people to pick up dog poop. …

Maintenance is also a joke. Took 5 tickets to get them to realize there was a leak inside of a wall and they still never fixed it. Good luck to whoever has to fix that damage down the road.
