Living hell

The review that was left above was spot on. I lived here in 2020 and experienced the same thing with my apartment plus terrible neighbors. The ladies in the office will lie and smile in your face, the maintenance staff is incompetent, the apartments are roach and mice infested.

Living Nightmare

I’ve been living here for almost 3 months now and I’m ready to leave. This has been literally been a living nightmare. I have had several issues since my moving in. My apartment was not move in ready and still isn’t. The finishes are worn, the paint job is sloppy, the windows need to be replaced, there is mold in several places, it is infested with roaches, and I’ve had two ceiling leaks. The office doesn’t communicate effectively and tends to be unresponsive to phone calls. You literally have… to go into the office to get things resolved. Several of these things haven’t been resolved as of this very day. My advice- Keep searching, this is not home.

Pest… control is a very important feature that we provide and take responsibility for, they are on site each week and we have no charge on any call backs if necessary.
