Lock change My locks were changed so fast and efficiently. I was worried about the heat getting to me due to having a lung disease but maintenance handled the problem so fast, I couldn't believe it. Thank you kindly for the professionalism. It's much appreciated.

Quiet Place This is a quiet place to live. I've been here for several years now and my only complaint is there's hardly ever any office staff here and the maintenance could be better. They're not horrible but could be a little bit more efficient. When you put in a maintenance request they never pull the orders , you have to chase them down to ask them if they got your order or you have to go to the office whenever someone is there and I do mean whenever to follow up on your maintenance order… before anything can it looked at. Also, there are no amenities on the property.

Avoid this place!

Avoid this place at all cost!! You will prefer living on the streets than living here. I moved into a unit with broken blinds, missing microwave handle, no towel bar, broken food processor in the kitchen an unclean toilet. I was promised that everything will be fixed in a week. Even after three months, nothing was fixed. Everything in the house is old and outdated and needs to be fixed. Whenever I request maintenance, I have to wait at least two months since one maintenance man is working two… different properties. This apartment is so disgusting, I have to break my lease within 5 months of living here. Please look the other way! The cheap rent is NOT worth

All resident requests are addressed in the order in which they are received with priority given to more urgent repairs. That said, if your… request has been pending for longer than expected, you can always reach out to us directly to get more information about the status.

Horrible management

It has been more than a month that i have had to sleep on the living room floor because management hasn't bothered to find another accommodation, since the apartment was flooded. Being in an apartment is less than ideal and not only that they haven't done anything to fix it. Every time I call management an excuse is put by I cannot be relocated to another apartment. Management does not care about its tenants.
