just don’t do it!

I lived at Colton Creek Apartments for a year, and my experience was very disappointing. From the start, the staff was unprofessional, and maintenance was unreliable — they showed up whenever they felt like it. Electrical issues were constant and never properly addressed. Many employees had bad attitudes, which made dealing with any problems even more frustrating. Overall, Colton Creek is poorly managed and simply not worth the money.

pleasant phone call

I called to inquire about a 1 bedroom for my daughter and had the pleasure of speaking with the Property Manager Laqueta (hope I spelled her name correctly) but she was very nice and answer all of my questions.

First Impression Leasing Office Staff- Not so friendly!

I went in for a tour, leasing staff member wasn’t very friendly. Nice property from what I did see but I didn’t feel very welcomed and I felt the tour was rushed. Only got to see the apartment itself and still have tons of questions left a bad taste in my mouth and don’t know if I’ll consider or recommend this apartment to anyone, Kinda disappointed.

POOR STAFFING

Overall -10 , only thing they’re good for is laying your head and using the bathroom barely that . Trash company sucks as well . Windows flood every time it storms . Rent is always raising .

Lost all my paperwork due to new clerks

Moved in 2020 in the misted of new management( which they switch every 6 months ) Got my welcome letter and deposit amount . Then I was told their online payment system was done and to come in with money order(cash) the next day the lady who took my money order didn’t submit my deposit and all my information on the apartment I paid for was lost . But I still received my key and moved in .???? . Now 2 years later they say they don’t have any paperwork and payments on me and my deposit can be... returned. ….
And THEY DO NOT GIVE REFERAL FEES at all that was a lie .
