I'm very pleased with the office staff they are friendly, very knowledgeable and understanding. Christina, Kelly and Trenton are all amazing. Great community to live in!!

Everything is Great

Moved in a little over a month ago no issues at all the office staff is great and extremely helpful every last one of them.
Maintenance staff are very efficient. Moved in like a day after the previous tenants moved out place was spotless. The dryer in the apartment was shorted a little they replaced the whole unit within 30 minutes.

Run Run Run! Don’t get tricked!

from my caption I feel like that should be enough. Have to pay 25 dollars for 1 bag of trash. The staff is so unprofessional. The property is not well build it was just slapped together with no foundation. It’s frogs that’s on your porch. The street light that they still haven’t fixed since they opened and that I have constantly mentioned to the staff over and over again. You can literally hear everything that your neighbors doing. For the amount of money you pay here is not worth it. I do not... recommend no one to move here.

Valet trash is available to you Sunday - Thursday - please be sure you have your trash can sitting outside of your front door no later than 8pm to utilize this service. There are a variety of... ways to submit a work order for any maintenance needs on property or inside of your apartment as we wish to resolve all requests quickly. Issues with the staff

I have worked in customer service for many years, with that being said I was very disappointed with the Springs of McDonough. I had been trying to call everyday for over a week to try to get additional information on their two bedrooms. I was never successful at reaching anyone via phone. So i decided to leave work early on a Tuesday afternoon in hopes of touring the community and taking a look at an apartment.

When I walked in the office I was immediately impressed by the office, It is very... beautiful! However, the staff was not friendly at all. I was not greeted by anyone. When I asked about taking a tour I was told they had nothing to show me, I wasn't even offered to see the community or any of the amenities. Honestly, I felt that by being there I was inconveniencing the staff.

From what I was able to see, the apartment community looked beautiful but based on the bad vibe I was getting from the staff I decided to look elsewhere. It was very disappointing, especially since I was very interested in getting an apartment there.
