Bellamy

I've loved living at Bellamy. The staff are so friendly, helpful and kind!! I'm so surprised that it doesn't have a higher rating here. It's one of the nicer apartments for GCSU students to rent by far

DO NOT RENT HERE

If you need maintenance done, you can contact the amazing maintenance people employed by Bellamy. HOWEVER, you get charged for the renovations, you get charged $100 in utilities when no one even lives in your apartment. They do not accept locals to live there. Construction has been going on for 4 months. It's impossible to contact the property manager, much less any higher management. ANY problem happens at Bellamy, and they will not help. During renovations your things will be thrown, broken,… and destroyed, only for Bellamy to give you $50 for a broken laptop. Don't let the "new ownership" fool you, they are even worse than the last owners. Also to note: the same company owns campus edge and other apartment complexes in Milledgeville.

Feels like a motel

Not clean, no matter how much you sweep vacuum and scrub. The actual owners of the complex are the cockroaches. in all seriousness I got sent to debt collections twice for switching apartments bc my first one was so disappointing, THEN they kept charging me rent after I moved out. WATCH YOUR SIMPLE BILL if you move here. I understand money being important to determining housing but there are better places for the same price.
