HOWEVER, you get charged for the renovations, you get charged $100 in utilities when no one even lives in your apartment. They do not accept locals to live there. Construction has been going on for 4 months. It's impossible to contact the property manager, much less any higher management. ANY problem happens at Bellamy, and they will not help. During renovations your things will be thrown, broken,... and destroyed, only for Bellamy to give you $50 for a broken laptop.
