Quiet community, friendly staff

I lived here for three years. The community is quiet and Kathy in the front office is friendly and reasonable. Only two main issues arose in my three years: the community dryers stopped working for a bit due to gas line repairs and squirrels invaded the attic above my apartment. Otherwise it was a great place to spend three years, and at a lower price than most surrounding apartment communities.

waste of time

One of the current mangers is very rude , not welcoming, nor take you seriously just with submitting an application. First impression is everything and not a good experience!

Very unprofessional

Management is unprofessional and they will band aid major maintenance repairs and ask you to file a claim with an insurance company rather than fix their issues .

Caution

The apartment manager is highly unprofessional. She will take your money and make you feel like number afterwards. I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. It needs to be updated. It is competing with more updating properties but still is at the same price point. They will tour you in a nice apartment but unless you see your unit, stay away.
