How Is This Rating Determined?

Antiquated condos and antiquated property management.

We have lived here for two years and enjoy the community. However, the condos themselves are quite antiquated with grout missing around thresholds with light passing through, trim poorly installed and cracks poorly patched in the ceiling. Also, the property management company uses antiquated communication techniques and allows no electronic payments of rent. Be wary of their arbitrary late fees.

Quiet, friendly

We’ve lived here for almost 2 years and have loved every minute. Neighborhood is very friendly. Moved here from out of state and was concerned about our kids being somewhere safe. This neighborhood is exactly that!!!
