    Poor management.

    Long-time residents in this complex with a countdown exit strategy.
    All what the management care is about collecting rent and playing with tons of excuses when we asked about help with bugs and little rodents.
    It’s so sad everything is going south in this complex, with a deceptive attitude.

    We are sorry to hear that your stay has been less than satisfactory with us.
    As we are a smaller property, we are allowed the privilege to interact and better know all our tenants. We are fortunate enough to have several long-term    … tenants that have resided on the property for 15 to 20 years, with that type of tenancy we speak volumes of the type of service we provide on the property. Our staff has a can-do mentality, and we firmly believe that everything has a solution. We want all our tenants to be living in perfectly habitable units and be happy to be part of the Hampton Woods Family. Pest control service is provided to all tenants, and more extensive services are provided at request. In terms of Rodents we most certainly do not have that issue in any unit, yet we still have monitoring for them throughout the property. We encourage you to bring any complaints or issues to the property manager so they can be addressed and resolved promptly.
    We thank you for your patience and longevity tenancy on the property!
