Lived there for a year and within 2 months could not wait to move out. Noisy loud neighbors, gates not always working, dog poop everywhere, garbage not picked up when scheduled, pool closed too many times and I believe non residents using pool to make it too crowded to enjoy. Too many smokers.
I would look at other nearby apartment complexs that are way nicer than this one.

2 stars because the actual apartment units are nice. Appliances work great and yet to have any issues with them. But god forbid you ever need to get in touch with somebody in the office. I had an issue with a package being delivered to the apartment complex down the hill (long story) and had to call the office and the person who answered the phone had a very snarky attitude for no reason. The staff that was here back in 2024-25 was a lot nicer and didn’t made me feel like I was a bother for... reaching out about anything. The other tenants here are a pain. Making lots of noise in the halls hooting and hollering in the late hours of the night/morning, revving up their trucks and motorcycles and honking, playing loud music at 1am, leaving trash outside their door for DAYS which attracts bugs, letting their kids and pets run out into the road while the people who live here FLY through the parking lot, and another thing to emphasize the people here CANNOT park. I have had to crawl into my car through the passenger door and even through my TRUNK because the cars next to me were parked so close I could not get in. I’ve witnessed other people outside taking pictures of this because they had the same issues. I’ve seen dents and scrapes on cars and side mirrors touching bc they are that close. There’s a ton of stray cats in the parking lot and multiplying with kittens for a while now. I love the kitties but I worry about them getting ran over and I don’t know who’s home they are coming from. There are residents who leave their pets out with no leash. The fire alarms going off randomly in the middle of the night has been an issue the entire 2 and a half years I’ve been here. It comes in waves where it might happen a few times a week, or a month, or it’ll go a few weeks without it happening, and then boom it starts again. The “security gates” stay wide open a lot of the time so strangers can come in as they please. It is honestly not worth the amount of money we pay. We love our apartment which is comfortable, up-to-date, handy to facilities and located close to everything we need including shopping, services and doctors. We are retired and don’t have children but understand there are good schools nearby as well.

10 stars. This place is a fantastic place to live, especially for people in their mid to late 20s living on their own for the first time.
