Excellent staff!

The staff here is great. They communicate well and they are respectful. I haven’t had any issues dealing with the front office. John is always a pleasure to speak with and super helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and close to many popular spots. Overall the experience has been pleasant !

Leasing office

Jonathan was an excellent leasing agent throughout the entire process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very informative during the tour, taking the time to answer all of my questions and provide detailed information about the property and amenities. He was also diligent in getting me a quote quickly and made sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. His responsiveness, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Great office team, maintenance, and location!!

I love the new changes personally since Radco has taken over. We got a new team recently and they have been intentional with making changes for the good of the property. Some things are out of their control but overall it is a great place to call home. I’m near everything I need and I plan to renew my contract soon. :)

Don’t do it

I have been at The Carson of Peachtree corners for 1year and 6 months. The quality of the property has gone down. The previous management team was better at communicating and maintaining the units.
For the last few months there has been a huge roach infestation in my apartment. I clean regularly and I’ve reached out about this with no follow up. I would not recommend living here until these changes are made.
