Management is non responsive. I had 3 work orders for maintenance closed without anything being done.

Too many rules, all they want is your money. Heard about from multiple tenants about their stay. Did a tour and they're not what they seem at all. Will be moving elsewhere, not there. Dodged a bullet.

No matter how urgent you are, its not their business.
Repair requests closed without service or notice.
Requesting a simple form won’t be done for days since they are busy.
Charging trash pickup service fee even when the service had not provided for weeks.
Very welcoming when i was moving in, then totally ignored after moved in.
