Refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The property accommodates a maximum of 4 cars: 2 in the driveway and 2 in the garage. Do not park on the street or in spaces in front of other houses. No parties or events are allowed. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed. Additional guests staying the night beyond the agreed-upon number are not allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found in the home. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Leave all common areas clean and as you found them upon arrival, including washing dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks in bedrooms. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure.
