A $200 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking or vaping of any kind is found in your home. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. All guests age 18 years or older are required to complete identity verification and a profile.
