Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors, as this is a quiet family neighborhood. Refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. A $200 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking or vaping of any kind is found. Max 3 cars are allowed: 2 in the driveway and 1 in the garage. Do not park on the street or in front of other houses. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed. Additional guests staying the night beyond the agreed upon number is not allowed. Locals must contact host prior to booking. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove make up or clean something that could stain them, you could be subject to extra cleaning fee. We only provide one set of towels per person. We provide a starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap) etc., If you ran out of them, it's under your responsibility to refill them for yourself. [SI]
