Olympus Carrington

New management is even worse than old. Dumpsters always overflowing. No parking. People working in the office are rude. No setup for receiving packages. Office hours are crazy short. Kids running around everywhere and nobody cleans up after their dogs.

This is my favorite apartment complex I have stayed in Georgia. The property is in a great location close to everything and I16. The staff is very helpful and friendly, they make picking up packages enjoyable. I would definitely recommend!!

I moved to Savannah from New York City last year with a lot of excitement and trepidation because let's face it I was beginning a whole new lifestyle. The main reason was to be near family. I had no place to live once I landed a job here and searched many places. I came to Carrington Square with my mom and 3 little cousins and the welcome we received stayed with me. Office manager Christy was so warm and welcoming to the kids, offering them refreshments and engaging them in conversation. I... went on to look at other places unsure of where I wanted to live but I remembered my first encounter at Carrington Square. So, when I received a call from Christy a few weeks later about an apartment I decided to give it a second look. Well my prayers at finding a home were answered that day and I've been very happy with my home here at Carrington Square ever since. The staff is professional, warm and always readily available to help out in any situation. The place feels safe and the neighbors are friendly. There's always some event happening to get the neighbors together and create that community atmosphere. The grounds are well kept and the facilities are great. I've had family visit many times. My mom likes that it's quiet and safe The little cousins spent two whole weeks with me this summer and told me the place felt like staying at a great hotel as they enjoyed the pool and leisure area everyday. I lived at carrington square for about 3 years and what I have to say about the place is that their gym is great and also the grill area, but on the other hand, their office is directly gives access to the kitchen area, and once they close the office, you don't have access to the kitchen( if you would like to be in the pool at night). Also, once my lease was over, I've had a professional carpet cleaner clean all the carpets, but even after that, they charged me hundreds of dollars because they... claimed they had to get a new carpet, which they never showed me proof that they had to. Besides that, is an ok area, but make sure if you are on top floors to walk on your toes, because people on the bottom floor can hear every step upstairs make. Read More

I lived here for three years and loved this place. It's so quite, no crime, staff is very friendly and property is so clean! They always have community events which makes you truly feel welcomed. I hope to go back when I move back to Pooler!
