Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is one security camera and one video doorbell for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove make up or clean something that could stain them, you could be subject to extra cleaning fee. Only one set of towels per person is provided. A starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap) is provided, and it is your responsibility to refill them for yourself if you run out. [SI]
