People shot, many car windows busted out and broken into. Property stolen.Stench of weed 24-7. The greenery Inc sandblasting cars,trucks,motorcycles with industrial blowers while cleaning the parking lot. Look elsewhere.

This community is poorly managed, the office never returns calls and takes over a month to reply to an email. If you go to the office (during office hours) there’s a 9/10 chance the door is locked and no one is there. We even have tried waiting thinking someone was on lunch or helping someone else but that’s never the case. Trash is always over flowing. When we moved in, the apartment was not cleaned and the flooring and countertops were peeling, dishwasher wasn’t installed correctly, missing... light bulbs and the burner eyes for the stove + more. AC was broken all the time. Maintenance will just come into your apartment even if you request a call before entry on your work order. Car break ins and crime are a normal occurrence here. Calling corporate doesn’t help, the regional manager doesn’t help. They don’t treat people fairly and if you have a problem the purposely ignore you hoping you stop bothering them. Read More

Infested with roaches, AC breaks 2-3 times a year, electrical outlets don't all work, toilet leaks, trash doesn't get picked up and piles way outside the trash bin where the wild cats tear it up, and a huge amount of car break-ins just happened and nothing was done. It's not a gated community. Gym isn't open 24/7. Upped rent significantly with no improvements. Combine all of this and it's a bad place to move to.

if you need somewhere to stay please look elsewhere! walls are super thin. i hear every time my neighbor opens a drawer, coughs, every conversation, foot steps! maintenance takes forever. it took 3 months for my request since i moved in in november to be completed. front office never answers the phone, when they do it’s always them saying they’ll do something about it and never do. price is just not worth it. if you move out here stay on the third floor or you will hear your neighbors every move... . and price is TOO much for my neighbor to “be in my house” had a mini roach problem. think it came from my other neighbors who moved bc i’m a clean person. online portal doesn’t work despite me complaining since november so i have to physically pay my rent which is annoying when you’re not in town to pay it. my apartment is great size! spacious walk in closet!! nice size bedrooom!!! slim kitchen but i love it!! nice size living room! and dinning room with the wall lights!! beautiful neighborhood! great management! its also $810 mth for a one bedroom!
