Guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules. This is a quiet family neighborhood, so refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Early check-in is available for a fee of $25 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability. A pet fee of $90 will be charged if you bring pets, covering extra cleaning. Damage caused by pets is not covered by this fee. Maximum of 3 cars allowed. No parties or events, and do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed. A $200 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking or vaping of any kind is found. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Leave all common areas clean, including washing dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks in bedrooms.
