Grove at Six Hundred

My husband and I have lived here for a few years now, so I feel this justifies a review. I absolutely love this community! The lady in the front office, the manager is so sweet. In the very few times we had a minor maintenance request, Tina the office manager, and the maintenance staff have always worked quickly and efficiently. In the years we have lived at this community we have not had any issues. It is a great location for my family, and not to mention we have some great neighbors as well! We had a horrible experience. We had cockroaches and spiders all over the apartment from Day 1 to the time we left. Pest control would come out but it didn't help. The apartment was so old that the bugs were coming out from under the wooden staircase. I will never live there again. It was the worst living experience I have ever had.

My fiancé and I loved living here! If it weren’t for his job getting relocated to Illinois we’d resign again. The apartments are town house style with lots of room. Tina is fabulous and so helpful. The staff is super friendly and it is a quite safe apartment complex.

The apartments are quiet, well taken care of, and actively being updated. The top floor gets a bit hot during the summer. First and foremost, the management and maintenance team are top notch! Responses are prompt, and I haven't had a bad experience in the 5 years I've liven in the complex. I cannot speak highly enough of Tina as a property manager.

My family and I have been here since last August. We love it here. Nice and quite. We are allowed to have our animals. Maintenance and management is quick to solve any concerns or questions. Great place for singles or familes.
