I would not recommend living in this complex. Despite the rent prices, the conditions are unacceptable. There is a serious rat and roach infestation that management has failed to properly address. The front gate is constantly broken, defeating the purpose of having controlled access. There have also been multiple car break-ins and even shootings on the property, making it feel unsafe for residents and their families.
For what we pay in rent, this complex falls far below the standard. It’s... disappointing to see safety and cleanliness so neglected.

Poor Screening Process
My experience with Calibre Springs was extremely disappointing. Initially, the staff seemed polite and responsive—but only until I paid the application fee. After that, communication dropped off almost entirely. They consistently failed to return calls or provide timely updates.
The screening process felt disorganized and unprofessional. Getting any meaningful response required repeated follow-ups, and it felt like they simply didn’t care about the applicant experience.
Ultimately, the entire... experience was a frustrating waste of time and money. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a place that values transparency, efficiency, or basic respect for prospective tenants.

Bad property management (leaks & AC)
Have been dealing with leaks and AC problems for half a year now (started in December 2023). Management has been incapable of fixing the problem and with the summer heat the apartment becomes humid because of the leaks + AC not working properly (right now pushing 13+ degrees higher than what it should be. I have done about 7-8 service requests on issues(1 per month), which seems too many for any apartment complex. I came into this as my first apartment out of college but sadly this has been the... worst decision because apart from work and other priorities, an apartment which should not an issue (it must be managements responsibility in taking care of the residents apartments functioning right). I feel ripped off in being sold this apartment that doesn’t seem to stop having problems.

Friendly staff,great community.
I have been here almost four years. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I feel safe in this community and it is close to shopping centers,busstops,restaurants,etc. I highly recommend living here.
