The carriage house has its own private entrance off the driveway. The driveway is shared for both the main house and the carriage house. There are two parking spots available in the driveway for the main house and one spot for the carriage house. There is also one additional parking spot in the front yard for the main house.
It's a very peaceful family neighborhood.
The home is on a private lake maintained by the neighbors, which includes stocking it with fish. Taking fish out of the lake is not allowed. This is a quiet family neighborhood, so please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Early check-in requires additional effort and is available for a fee of $45 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged for violations. The property has a main house with three bedrooms and a carriage house with one bed and a futon. The main house and the carriage house can be rented separately or together. The driveways and parking are shared between both. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed for the home. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived. No food or drinks in bedrooms. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is one security camera in the driveway and one video doorbell at the front door for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them. A starter pack of essentials is provided, and additional items can be purchased nearby. Usage of the hot tub and going into the water either by swimming or kayak is at your own risk. There is a noise monitoring device that measures decibel levels but does not record audio. If the device is tampered with, a notification will be sent. Do not use the basketball court if you have only rented the main house as someone may be in the carriage house, and we would like to avoid any noise issues.
