There is a noise monitoring device that measures decibel levels, and tampering with the device will result in a notification. Taking fish out of the lake is not allowed.
This property has a main house with 3 bedrooms and a carriage house with one bed and a futon. The main house and the carriage house can be rented separately or together. The driveways and parking are shared between both. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived, including washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms. One set of bath towels and washcloth per person is provided, plus a starter pack of laundry pods. A starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap etc.) is provided, and additional items can be purchased at a nearby store. [SI]
