The home is on a private lake maintained by the neighbors, which includes stocking it with fish. Taking fish out of the lake is not allowed. This is a quiet family neighborhood, and outdoor noise should be refrained from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Early check-in requires additional effort and is available for a fee of $45 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged for violations. The property requires identity verification for all guests aged 18 years or older. There is one security camera in the driveway and one video doorbell at the front door for security purposes. Usage of the hot tub and going into the water either by swimming or kayak is at your own risk.
