This is a quiet family neighborhood. Please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found. Early check-in is available for a fee of $25 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability and confirmation by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date. Guests must acknowledge and accept all house rules before booking. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived, including washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks in bedrooms. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. Please do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them, as you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee. We provide one set of towels per person and a starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap).
