Early check-in is available for a fee of $25 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to the availability of the property, the cleaning schedule, and whether there is a guest checking out on the same day as your arrival. A pet fee of $60 will be charged only if you bring a pet. This fee covers the extra cleaning needed to ensure pet hair and smells are removed so the next guests have a clean property to enjoy. Damage caused by pets is not covered by this fee. There is 1 parking spot available on Bolton Lane in front of the garage door.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived. This includes washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks in bedrooms. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. Please do not use the provided towels to remove makeup or clean something that could stain them, as you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee.
