This self-contained guest house features its own entrance, a cozy outdoor sitting area, and thoughtfully designed interiors. Inside, you’ll find one comfortable bedroom, one full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a warm and inviting living area ideal for relaxing after a day in Savannah. The carriage house blends historic charm with modern amenities, creating a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere for your stay. A starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap) is provided. If you run out of them, it's under your responsibility to refill them for yourself. A washer, dryer, and detergent are available at the property for your convenience if you wish to refresh your towels during your stay.

Quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No smoking or vaping is allowed indoors, and evidence of smoking will result in a $200 fee.
