Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors, as this is a quiet family neighborhood. Refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. There is a 3-car max capacity, with one car in the front and two in the back. Do not park in front of other houses and only park on one side of the street, on the right side during even months and on the left side during odd months. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed, and do not exceed the house capacity. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Leave all common areas clean, including washing dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. Identity verification is required for all guests age 18 years or older, along with a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. Do not move any furniture or decorations. Do not use the provided towels to remove make-up or clean something that could stain them, or you could be subject to an extra cleaning fee. One set of towels per person is provided, along with a starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap).
