No parties or events are permitted; throwing a party, causing damage, excessive trash, or hosting undeclared guests results in a minimum $200 fine and immediate termination of occupancy. Pets are not permitted unless approved prior to check-in and added to the reservation roster, with unauthorized pets resulting in a $500 fine per pet.
