This is a strictly non-smoking loft, and any violation results in a $200 fine plus additional costs. No parties or events are permitted, and throwing a party results in a minimum $200 fine and immediate termination of occupancy. Pets are not permitted unless approved prior to check-in and all fees are paid; unauthorized pets result in a $500 fine per pet. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Remaining in the unit more than 30 minutes past check-out will result in a $75 late departure fee, and remaining more than two hours past check-out will result in an additional night being charged.
