Early check-in is available for a fee of $40 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability. A pet fee of $95 will be charged if you bring pets, covering the extra cleaning needed. Damage caused by pets is not covered by this fee.

Forsyth Park is just a 5-minute walk away, perfect for a morning stroll or picnic. River Street, with its vibrant waterfront and historic buildings, is a 10-minute drive. Broughton Street, the city's main shopping district, is an 8-minute drive. The SCAD Arnold Hall is a 5-minute drive, ideal for students and visitors exploring SCAD.
