To handle meters, purchasing a "Visitors Parking Day Pass" for all day/night parking is recommended. Travelers can buy a City of Savannah Day Pass for $24 for 48 hours or $15 for 24 hours. This property is not party-friendly, and loud noise, music, or parties of any sort are not allowed. Violators may be evicted and/or fined. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found in the home. Early check-in is available for a fee of $35 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM, subject to availability.
