Fords Pointe Apartments and Townhomes

The 3 ladies in the office are fantastic! The grounds are very well kept, maintenance is responsive and very friendly, our location is quiet with ample parking. It's also well lit at night with a nice nature trail for walking or exploring. Overall, we're extremely pleased with this complex and are enjoying our stay immensely.

We've been living here over a year now and renewed our lease for another year.
We picked out a unit overlooking the playground and my kids love it.
I can enjoy my morning coffee on a Saturday morning on my balcony and watch my kids play. I absolutely love the community and the management staff.
They truly go out of their way to accommodate and take care any issues. The maintenance team is beyond amazing!
I've scheduled service work orders and they've come... over and not only fixed my issues but changed my burnt out light bulbs and broken blinds!!!
It's almost as if I'm living at a resort. With out the resort price! Early at dawn the Maintenance team can be seen walking the grounds and picking up any litter.
Which is a plus since this is a Family community with pets. My ultimate favorite part about living here is the community events. We are always doing something on a monthly basis! from pool parties, Back to school (school supply) dinner, contests, fun scavenger finds with gifts, community garage sales, Chili cook offs and so much more. These people will even do take out dinners several times every two months or so and for valentines they were meeting any of the tenants by the entrance with Breakfast baggies as we headed out to work!! um what else could you want? We are safe, We are close and we are all kind to each other. I love living here. The price isn't bad either!!!

My children and I have been residents since April 2019, and we are very pleased with the community. The ladies in the office have been extremely polite and helpful. The maintenance staff have responded to my maintenance requests in a timely manner. The pool has been the highlight for my kids. The highlight for me is how quiet the community is, and the free dinners the leasing office provided to some of the residents.??

I moved into a 2 bdrm 2 bath at Ford's Pointe in the summer of 2018 with my lease at my old apt and the new place overlapping, fortunately. When I was given my keys at my lease signing and walked through my new apt, I was immediately hit with the strong odor of cigarette smoke. I notified management, they did a walkthrough and determined several things need to be changed, painted and cleaned as I suffer from sever allergies. Almost 1 week later with a month to month lease at my old apt I was... told that my unit at Ford's Pointe was ready. Long story super short my apt at Ford's Pointe was not move in ready but with not place else to go due to placing entirely too trust in management, I reluctantly moved in. I was constantly in contact with management about the smoke smell and my respiratory issues as a result. The property manager came out with a container of Lysol wipes, wiped my kitchen and bathroom walls reveal the remnants of the build up on the walls throughout the unit. I asked to move to another available unit, I was told none were available.

Finally, after less than 3 months of living in these unhealthy conditions with no real resolution, I submitted my notice to vacate. As of today, I have contacted the regional manager as well as his supervisor who has yet to return my phone call or email. After almost 2 weeks, I am still washing the smoke smell from my clothing. Outside of "allowing" me to break my lease, Palms Associate LLChas yet to rectify the trauma and invonvience as a result if their failure to properly clean and maintain their units. We found this little gem while seeking better schools for our children. It’s perfectly situated in a quiet area of town with convenient highways leading in either direction. We love it here because it’s a great family spot. Our children love it here and we love the tribe feeling we get from the community. They make sure to take everyone into consideration and are prompt with any maintenance request. The community events were definitely a major factor when choosing this place.
