My sister moved into this complex about four months ago, and she absolutely loves it. The new management has been wonderful and is truly on top of any issues and property maintenance. The landscaping looks great, and the community is peaceful and quiet. She regularly has friends over every other week to enjoy tea on her back patio, which says a lot about how comfortable and welcoming it feels. Many community members have come together to speak about the uptick in price we see every few months. The deteriorating condition of the facilities is alarming considering it is a newer complex. Many residents experience electrical issues that remain unresolved despite repeated complaints. The gym equipment is consistently broken, rendering it unusable, and basic maintenance seems to be neglected. Trash accumulation is a chronic problem, as the bins are not emptied frequently enough, resulting... in unsightly litter strewn across the grounds.

Furthermore, the frequent presence of law enforcement, especially during late hours, is concerning and disruptive to the peace and security of the community. It is evident that management's approach to maintaining order and addressing issues is inadequate. There is only one parking spot per each two-bedroom. Their passive-aggressive and rude demeanor lacks the professionalism and hospitality one would expect from property management.

While we initially had high hopes for this place, it has become increasingly clear that management's priorities do not align with the well-being and satisfaction of its residents. My daughter paid all the fees, signed the contract, and scheduled the move in date over a week away. She took the day off, scheduled help for the move, arrived to find the apartment had not been cleaned nor painted etc. There were child drawings on the wall. Absolutely unacceptable. The management scheduled the cleaning for the day before move in and then claimed they were never told the cleaning crew did not show. Not sure what the excuse can be for not finishing maintenance! Bad start!!

Staff is courteous and helpful. Have had a great experience.

The maintenance team is very responsive, friendly and effecient.
