    Lack of coming in a timely manner Since I've been here since last November, maintenance has been lacking. They come when they want and don't complete all jobs within the house. I have to constantly keep putting in request and still some jobs are completed and some aren't. Also, they come when they want and don't let it be a holiday weekend, they definitely won't come. Especially if they are getting off early! Overall, I'm not satisfied with the maintenance staff before or the new staff either.
