Oaks at Victory

I enjoyed living here since recently. I moved in July 2025. I haven’t had any issues except the water going off for maintenance every week. Recently, my next-door neighbor moved out and I started to have a rodent infestation. I heard noises in the wall and ceiling at times, but I didn’t think nothing of it because I never seen any droppings inside the house. I started seeing droppings once my neighbor was moving out and come to find out, there was a big hole by the water heater in the kitchen.... We started seeing droppings everywhere downstairs. The leasing office was notified, but it seemed like it took maintenance forever to resolve the issue. I have sent them pictures and videos of the droppings. I have small children and it was definitely a hazard as the droppings were in our pots and pans. Both of our neighbors said they have the rodent problem as well and I’m pretty sure it’s throughout the complex. I moved out there immediately and decided to break my lease.

So, you need a real review from a real renter. Our family is here as we await a home on the Islands. It IS close to the Islands-but NOT their school district.
The gym has been closed since May 2022 when we moved in. It is closed due to “legal” matters-but we still pay for that amenity. The pool is beautiful, and it is super pet friendly when maintained. Often the washers and dryers are down; do NOT count on this amenity.
They are non-existent in communication, and I know several tenants who... will back me on that?? I have reached out to their parent company, and they are amenable but not the power I thought.
They AC is great in some rooms, but it is not going to cool you in these really hot summers-it’s new but old??
It is close to everything, and that’s why we will stay for a year, but I need you to listen and learn (always a teacher, lol) from my issues! Read More
