Where can I start... I lived in this complex for a year, had several maintenance issues that were never solved. Cockroach infested apartment. I had to ask daily for pest control to come in and spray. We complaint several times regarding electrical issues. Couldn't use microwave and stove at the same time or fuses would go out. We used extension cords from dining room to run our appliances, until the day of fire. Our building burnt down due to electrical fire where our neighbor was blamed to... charge her phone and not unplugging her charger. Entire building was complaining about electrical issues that were never addressed. On our lucky day I would say we had 5 to 10 bugs crawling around the apartment. Trash everywhere, abandoned cars, feral cats, fleas... that's what you could get around the complex. Corporate is not helpful, trying to blame tenants for the issues that you experience. The only problem as a tenant and the lack of respect some neighbors have when they are playing their music so loud to the point that it is vibrating and disturbing the other tenants. It use to be a quiet community but I hope it gets back to that because people need to have peace of mind once they get home.

W have lived here for a year now and have developed another family amongst our neighbors. We have great people all through the complex. The neighborhood is very quiet and the maintenance is always quick to respond amd the manager is amazing!!!!

I love my spacious three bedroom apartment in Savannah Ga. Adequate parking is a huge plus and the water in my apt gets really hot and I love hot baths after a long day working in the hospital. My neighbors are pleasant but I just wish the couple upstairs would not make so much noise after hours in their bedroom if you know what I mean....lol overall the apartment complex is very nice and clean.
