Sterling Bluff

Arielle is phenomenal! Even before the switch over to a new management, Ariell has been a pleasure to talk to, helpful, and accommodating whenever I have questions or requests. Over the past year with the new management, there have been signs of improvement overall, and occasional communications of their progress to make this apartment complex better. At least, it doesn't feel like this new management is just there to take your money. They are actively trying to make improvements. The renewal... process is easy. Multiple ways to pay rent. The pool works and is open. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. Short drives to wherever needed. We are returning members of sterling's properties and it has Been wonderful communication between us and our apartments coordinator Mrs.Arielle. We loved the determination to get us this apartment quick they really tended to the customers needs and made sure we were okay after moving in unlike some properties. Because of your staff we were ready to call Sterling Bluff our home again.

Poor management, people living here don’t have decency or respect for others ESPECIALLY when parking, car break ins constantly, shootings, bugs, and NONE of the amenities are maintained. Pool is open for maybe 3 weeks a year between random indefinite closings and “maintenance”. Gym lacks any working machinery. Laundry facilities were closed for like a year. Also, the apartment renovations they do between each tenant are so poor and shoddy. This place sucks, don’t waste your money

The renewal process was very easy. I haven’t had many issues living at Sterling Bluff. Arielle and Jessica are very helpful as best they can be. They are appreciated more than they know. Any time I’ve had any maintenance issues, they’ve been fixed in a timely manner. Maintenance guys communicate very well.

It’s very quiet I’ve had no issues with none of my neighbors. Arielle The leasing consultant is awesome and will try to help you with anything she can. Only issue I have is sometimes the trash compactor gets backed up and people leave their trash outside the compactor.
