The Duplexes @ Victory

Just signed our second-year lease. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. On sight facilities are all new and kept up very well. On valentines day the staff left a box with a 2024 Duplexes teddy bear and a coffee mug at the front door.
If you are looking for a place where you can relax and enjoy yourself with good neighbors, this is it.

This is absolutely the worst apartment that I've ever lived in. They work diligently to get you approved and moved in but after that they completely ignore any kind of communications and/or maintenance requests. In the 9 months that I have lived here, there's only one time where my phone call to the office has been answered. I usually email or text the leasing managers but majority of the time those are also ignored. It takes them months to fix some of the smallest issues. There was an attempted… break in and my window that was busted out was not fixed until months later. They seem to think a coat of paint will fix anything and there are some very clear health hazards in my unit. They don't give you a tour of the actual unit you will be staying in, but they show you the unit that they are currently using as their leasing office- which is pristine in comparison to the unit that we were given. We've had a mosquito issue in our unit that has now become quite severe due to them ignoring our requests for pest control. They made plans to fix the broken sidewalks and removed large chunks of it and it stayed that way for months. These units are literally falling apart. Floors are sinking into the crawlspaces.

I highly doubt these units could pass any sort of building inspection, they are falling apart! Painting over cracks and holes is not considered renovation. I’m not sure where those pictures are from because they are not from here. LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!
