Poor Management & OVERPRICED
So I just moved in and I’m already starting to regret it. I previously lived here and it was COMPLETELY different. Management actually cared about, you didn’t have to send tons of emails or make a bunch of calls to reach somebody, and maintenance actually did their job in a timely manner.
Again, JUST MOVED IN, and you can tell that they didn’t do a proper cleaning or check of my unit. Especially since this was a unit I wasn’t initially promised. The previous tenants stuff is still in my storage... closet, half my outlets don’t work, the water heater…tinks SO LOUD, I can’t wash my clothes in my own unit without maintenance coming to fix a water leak, and there’s a leak in the shower. I’ve put in multiple requests, told they were coming and NOTHING has been done in almost 2 weeks. Honestly, I hope I can come and change my review but at this point, I’ll be praying this lease goes by fast.
It really gives off that they DO NOT care about you as a resident, and honestly makes the company look bad. Rent somewhere else, where they actually act like you matter.
