Our experience had mostly been good but bugs are a problem, trash on the grounds at times, trying to get appliances that work correctly has been difficult. Staff is very friendly, townhouse has a lot of room, lots of fun activities to do!

By far the best place I’ve stayed in the USA! I’m absolutely loving my experience here. The community is safe, quiet, and welcoming, and the apartment is clean and comfortable. Ms. Reeder and her team have been so helpful and supportive, always ready to assist with anything. Highly recommend!

Verified Renter

The AC units don’t work in the summer and if you put in a service request they will mark it as completed without ever doing anything. They will also flood your apartment and then do absolutely nothing about the mold.

Our move in experience was great Mashika was great getting us through this process. Easy nice quick process. 10/10 would recommend. Convenient to get to every thing our apartment is very spacious and comfortable.

It’s been decent. It’s in a convenient area of town. There are a few things that could be upgraded, but they don’t upgrade unless you move out to another apartment that costs more.
