Concord Chase

So far so good, I think it's great here. We just moved here so time will tell eventually. So I do not have alot to say about being here or what I like about it.

With bad weather we still got a ceiling over our head because it has been storming! the lights always go out though! I know its not the apartments fault though

Pests are going to be anywhere in Georgia . I still have not appreciated dealing with them. Multi-family living is louder than a single family home. However, some months have been egregious with loud music starting at 11pm and going until 2am consistently for weeks. Sometimes it’s even the same song on repeat. I still can’t listen to Beyoncé‘s Halo. The daily honking when 3 different people arrive to pick someone up is maddening. Maybe I just don’t have the most considerate neighbors.

However,… my maintenance requests are almost always promptly handled with a smile. The complex is as clean as the office can reasonably manage, without reorganizing the dumpster for people why make it a mess. The Office even has cute little events for the kids and others who would like to join. I do feel like they put some effort into making it a community here.

Despite some mold, inconsiderate neighbors, and pests from an old 70s building, I’ve mostly enjoyed my stay here. Read More

When i first tried to get the apartment it was super easy to get in and everyone in the office are so nice! Ive been here 2 years now its quiet and all the residents are really nice and keep to themselves. If you want to take a walk its very close to stores and trails.
