Pine Village North

I absolutely love living here. Almost reaching my 1st full year as a resident. This is my first place on my own and I look forward to living here for many more years to come!

I suggest this place all the time to my friends and family. It's a major bonus with how affordable the rent and utilities are, especially in this economy. To be able to live comfortably under my means and still save a lot is a massive blessing. I truly appreciate The Pine Village neighborhood offering such affordable... living costs.

I rarely place maintenance requests but when I do, they're very good on timing and get the job done efficiently. I do not have any infestation problems at all. I rarely see a bug around my place, but I'm also very very clean and stay on top of the kitchen and trash and I'm assuming my neighbors are too because I haven't had any issues with bugs coming from them either. There's always that occasional 1 or 2 every few months, but what place doesn't.

I haven't had an issue with the thin walls either... Maybe my neighbors are always quiet or they're not as thin as people say. I probably just have considerate neighbors but one does have a dog that barks sometimes that I can hear. But it's not loud or overly disturbing at all. I can still hear what ever I'm watching just fine.

It's a big place for single individual or couple and I love the dark color, open concept, contemporary loft style build. This is so my aesthetic. Read More

I lived here from 2020 til 2023. Very quiet apartments the grounds are always clean. Nice apartments for a single person. My only problem is no washer in dryer connections in apartments.

The walls are thin. All one room lofts but people move their whole families in with animals. The walls are super thin. Management couldn't care less about enforcing rules. One maintenance person. Loud airplanes from Dobbins

While the apartment complex may seem appealing on the outside, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The management company, Westdale Asset Managment, does not care about it’s tenants. While living here, I had a pest control issue where one even fell on me while sleeping and the response to me was basically “It Happens.” I’ve lived in several complexes where that wasn’t an issue, so that wasn’t an appropriate response. I also had a tree fall in front of my door and on top of my roof causing water damage to the... ceiling in my bedroom. The trees were never removed from my roof and the situation was never handled. This company seems to just care about getting you in and then letting you fend for yourself. If that’s the type of apartment complex you want, great, but otherwise it would be best to just take your apartment search elsewhere!!! Read More

This place is a joke. The property manager is scared of the people that live here. I was being harassed by another tenant. Told the manager who said she would take care of it. Haha she didn't do anything but tell the other tenant I complained. The property has police always come through there. There is a lot of noise all the time. The residents have no care or concern for others that live there. For what you pay you'd think you live in a nice place. NO!!!! you live in the projects!!!! No care or... concern for how the property looks or how the dumpsters look. They overflow with trash and furniture. There are rodents that roam the property.
