Nice place to live

I lived here over a year and it been nice, if any issues have come up the matiance team was been quick to resolve. The office staff have been great.

Horrible

Apartment literally started to fall apart. Mold and mildew on the walls, no ac in the summer. Horrible bug problem, we pay pest control for nothing ! Save your money

very quiet

I have been living here for 1 and 1/2 years. it's a nice complex, quiet and clean. maintenance is available never any issues. my view is of the pond, which I love. its just a good place to live.

Wouldn’t rent again

Tiny apartments, management never returns emails, pay for pest control but still have bugs. Promised updated apartment and didn’t get it. nothing works properly and over priced

Nicest staff ever!

The minute my fiance and I walked into the office to go on our tour the staff was super friendly. The maintenance team gets repairs done usually within 24-48 hours if not sooner. The gym is nice for having one. Recommend!
