The Connection

The Connection is hands down the best complex in Statesboro. I’ve been here a year and I love it. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. I love my roommates and my floor plan.

I lived here 2 out of my 3 years at Southern and it was the BEST! I would definitely go back again. The office staff was friendly while I was there 2011-2014. The gate worked liked it was supposed to unless there was maintenance and the premises was always clean. They even treated our steps when they thought we were going to have 'ice' (because of snowpocalypse 2013 in Atlanta) in south GA (yea right) but I appreciate it because I live up north now and that doesn't happen. I never had an issue… with people and their dogs, or neighbors being too loud. If they were people were friendly enough to turn it down or would even let you know before hand so you wouldn't complain. The walls were pretty well made and the carpet was thick that helped with the noise. The furniture was as to be expected to student living but no complaints there either as it was better than most other places. They actually did a great job of roommate matching both times that I stayed there. A police officer lives on the premises, he is okay and understandable for the most part (he does have a job to do though so his rationale is to be expected sometimes). I lived there for 2 years. It was pretty quiet. The only thing I didn't like was this one maintenance guy they have who is really creepy.

I lived here for 3 years during my time in college. They did a great job with roommate matching, and rent was reasonable. Repairs were always made in a timely manner. I really loved my time here at The Connection at Statesboro. The only problem I had was that after 2 years of living here, I had two new roommates move in, and in their leases it was included that they did not have to pay utility overages. Unfortunately though, my other roommate and I did have to pay overages. Consequently, they… would leave lights on and run the AC way too much, and I had to pay.
