RUN RUN RUN RUN RUNNNN
I am extremely disappointed with the living conditions and management at Villas 52. Despite being a paying resident, little to nothing gets properly resolved. Issues are often covered up rather than fixed, and the overall management remains unprofessional and ineffective — even after staff changes.
It is unacceptable to live in an environment where basic maintenance and tenant concerns are ignored. Residents deserve clean, safe, and functional living conditions — not excuses.
I truly regret… signing a 12-month lease and am counting down the days until it ends. I sincerely hope other residents choose not to renew their leases either, as no one should have to tolerate these substandard conditions. Villas 52 must do better — especially for those who have supported this property with their hard-earned money over the years.
I hope this message serves as a wake-up call. We deserve better.
