This is the worst place to live. There is absolutely no security — break-ins are common, and it’s terrifying knowing that anyone can enter your home at any moment. The complex is overrun with people involved in drugs and dangerous behavior, making it feel unsafe day and night. This place is trash and if you have issues they do not help you!!! Security doesn't secure anything, they sit at the gate on their phones and let any and everyone in without even checking who you are, the lift their head up and open the gates! The foundation it weak and horrible, every step that's taken upstairs is heard downstairs. Have constant weed smell from the neighbors since September and they still haven't done anything about it since I've complained, I was advised they can move me but… why should I have to be moved when the people nextdoor are the problem since moving in and the latest response I got was call the police smh!! There's constant fighting and drama outside. You hear everything from neighbors fighting to their TV and music coming through the walls! Parking is trash, you have to fight for parking, people have guest over that take up all the spots, no assigned parking at all. Try walking through the complex and see how many shell casing you find on the floor or listen for how many times you hear guns going off in here!!! They only want your money but could care less about you as a paying tenant!! I wouldn't refer this place to anyone!!! Read More

While I do not remember or know their names, the staff here is phenomenal. They are very professional. I moved in April 2022 (did not renew my lease) and they made it very smooth. The ladies in the office are very nice and professional, especially the manager. However, the only issue with this property, and this is NOT the staff work work there’s fault but there was a HUGE roach and insect problem. The apartments are just very old and honestly not live able. The owners need to tear these things… down and just start over. The trash cans are swarmed with rats, I was too afraid to take the trash so I had to have my boyfriend to do it. It is very spacious, especially the master. I consider myself a clean person but I had to do extra cleaning to combat the roaches and keep them away. If you want to live here then you have to learn how to deal with the roaches. Roaches HATE lavender and peppermint oil. Put some in your cleaning products and spray but your front and back door and mainly in the kitchen. Once I did this, they stayed away but you have to do it at least 1-3 times a week. Also, the vents make the apartment smell very foul and we couldn’t get rid of the smell. Overall, the place is just old. The maintenance staff were phenomenal as well. Service requests were answered in a timely manner and I appreciated that but these apartments are inhabitable, they’re old and roach infested. Hope this helps someone! Read More

The community it very nice and peaceful. My stay here has been pretty peaceful with the exception of a few maintenance issues. When issue have come about, Fern at the corporate office is extremely helpful and persistent is getting them resolved.
