Moving out!!!!!

This has been my worst experience ever running from any kind of apartments. I’m super excited that I’m moving out of these apartments next month and no looking back. I really should’ve took my time before putting in my hard work money into these bug infested roach infested you name it bug infested apartments.

Don’t know how to feel

I honestly don’t know how to feel about this apartment complex.. I should’ve took my time looking for a place instead of making the choice to live here. I’ve definitely learned my lesson and once I get out of this lease I’m never looking back. First and foremost !! They need to pressure wash these buildings sooooo bad !! It’s so dirty and makes me feel like I’m living in the trenches. I just really wish this was a more cleaner and nice looking complex , the outside will definitely fool you.. the… inside is very nice… hopefully they get the outside of these apartments looking like something. Other than that I have nothing else to complain about except stray cats that won’t leave my door.

Aliyah Is Awesome!

I had a wonderful experience from application to move in. My leasing agent was very welcoming and seemed genuinely happy to help us get moved in. We've been here a few weeks and things seems to be going well so far. I'll give an update after we've been here longer.

Dol not move here

BEWARE ~ My wife and I moved into this complex in early December of 2022, it's almost May of 2023 and we haven't been allowed to sleep for a single night due to the noise coming from our upstairs neighbors. They also consider our backyard to be their personal landfill and throw trash out every day. I've addressed this with management on a weekly basis and have only been told "We're taking the proper procedures to address this issue" AND "You are free to vacate but will forfeit your security… deposit and owe 2 month's rent per the lease." Not to mention the frequency with which people just dump their trash in the road and the gun shots heard on a daily basis. BEWARE
