Great property!
Love Spring Chase and the staff! Lots of amentities, pool, sports court, grilling area and playgrounds

Not worth the money.
The complex entrance is flooded with fiends and dealers begging for money at the stoplight. Residents can’t get in the pool (at all). The fitness center is only open when the rent office is open (if you work day shift you can’t go). The units have gnats, roaches, water damages, and painted appliances.
