While it may not be a fully equipped kitchen of the quality like your home, it is equipped with basic kitchenware to make simple meals. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed with a full bathroom and shower, and a walk-in closet. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, an onsite washer and dryer, and an extra queen air mattress available on site.
For parties greater than 10 people, an additional twin air mattress is available upon request. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is strictly at 10 am, with a penalty fee of half the night’s stay for late check-out. No smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is allowed anywhere inside or outside within 10 feet of the property, with a violation resulting in an additional $250 cleaning charge. No loud noise, parties, or events that disturb neighbors are allowed. The maximum capacity of the house is 10 people, with no overnight visitors not listed on your reservation. Unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of $50 per guest per night. Please do not park any car on the street after 9 pm, with a maximum of 4 standard size cars allowed on the premises. This is a pet-free rental unless prior authorization is given. The property is equipped with cameras around the outside front and back for added security. Guests are required to follow all community guidelines listed inside or on the property.
