    Fleas

    Don’t move here. Exposed my baby to fleas. I moved in on May 1st from a 1bdr unit to a 2bdr literally downstairs, mind you the 1bdr that I lived in before had roaches coming from the attic and cracks in the front door (still have those pictures incase they lie) (stored my things in THEIR storage because the 2bdr was still occupied) anyway before I moved in I was concerned about pest (ik you’re like why move back in when you already had bug issues chile I don’t know) I moved in on May 1st, flea… issue became a problem by MAY 4th, they let me out of my lease in June I was still charged that full month 1500 1500 for May DESPITE being moved back out mid May. Tried to make me sign an nda before they accepted the keys back. The apartment was filthy and only surface cleaned with several fire hazards when I moved in. They acted like they did me a favor for fixing what was supposed to be fixed before I even moved in. I bought a new couch, and 2 beds, had to get rid of those, and my baby’s things because of fleas their pest control person said there was no sign of fleas mind you I sent them pictures of flea traps COVERED in fleas (he should pick a new job he’s clearly incompetent btw) they kept denying a flea issue despite me showing them pics of over 15 bites. The health hazards they exposed my baby to should earn them a lawsuit
